I believe it all comes down to LOVE …

And how we can learn to bring ourselves back to love quicker, every time our needle gets stuck playing that same old tune.

You know, those chart topping hits like: “I’m not good enough”, “Something must be wrong with me” “I have no idea what I’m doing” and “Why couldn’t you love me?”.

From that timeless Album: “Self-doubt, Shame, Fear & Regret”. Such a classic.

Maybe it’s those same old tunes [feelings] that led you to me?

WELCOME - You’re not alone.

Sometimes all we need is a hand to hold, as we take the needle off the record and bravely face the silence. Together.

Even our shame & fear has wisdom.

And we can use our past as the wind and not the anchor.

As a Somatica® coach, I’m in the ‘Relationship Lab’ with you. Embarking on the empathy journey together, so together we can get rid of the shame, blame & doubt and get back to deep:

Love for yourself.
Love for your partner. Love for your family.
Love for your past, your body, your mistakes.
Love for the messy, unpolished, imperfect, human parts of you that are not in tune with who you truly are inside. I would love to meet you there.

✨ HELLO LOVE is about Shining Bright

My Logo is a diamond (also my birthstone); I sometimes imagine Being-ness like a Diamond.

I have always felt a responsibility for my Soul’s Journey; that we are tasked to learn how to hone & polish every ‘facet’ of our precious, raw cut diamond we were gifted. But how about those Especially those facets (we get lumped with at least one) that after years of shame, fear & regret, they get all dark & smudgy. We prefer to quietly ignore those one, ‘turn it to the back’, hoping to Goddess nobody notices it.

It’s hard to shine bright when the diamond is smudgy.

I know all too well what that feels like: failure. Unmet needs, stagnant dreams, embarrassment, shame, regretting terrible decisions & unhealthy habits, speaking such awful words to myself in the mirror, shaming my body for how it betrayed me, judging myself for not being ‘enough’. It Sux! I know! Turns out so much of it is not even ‘mine’! I just agree. to wear it like a uniform I think I’m supposed to (Thank You Culture & Society!)

Even though were perfectly Divine Beings we sure do collect a lot of pain and tell ourselves a story that “I am a failure” vs. “I did a thing and I failed at it”.

Slowly dulling our own shine so we won’t have to be seen.

But I see you. I really do. And I already know you’re beautiful. It’s just the pain that’s ugly.

When we bring all of ourselves into the light. Not only the sparkly, Instagram-worthy facets of ourselves — but also the raw, yukky, dark, smudgy or even totally uncut facets of ourselves, we see the full spectrum - we need your full spectrum! Only then can you marvel at the truly unique light that you are.

So you can look deeply into the mirror and say

HELLO LOVE!

This one’s for you Dad

The name “Hello Love” is a tribute to my wonderful, kind and loving Father: John.

It is a well-known fact that the name of everybody he knows is either ‘Mate’ or ‘Love’.. So he always greets everyone the same way: “G’day Mate!”… “Hello Love!”
